Our mission is to provide customized training solutions to organizations with limited training resources. This will improve communication within the organization and enhance the employees’ ability to complete their jobs with confidence and efficiency.

Who represents Training Development Solutions?

Jane M. Bass is the owner of Training Development Solutions as well as the Executive Training Consultant.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Training Design from Johns Hopkins University. She has 13 years of work experience including consulting, managing a training department, supervising staff, developing competency assessments, designing customized training sessions, and instructing. Jane became qualified to administer and train on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® through the internationally known firm of Otto Kroeger & Associates.
